Elmtree Devon supports learners from primary age through to post 16.This form helps us assess how best to support each learner and their potential to succeed alongside our current cohort.If onsite placement isn’t immediately possible, outreach options will be considered.Please include any relevant documents and a completed behaviour example (or your school’s equivalent).Additional information is welcome to help us tailor support effectively.Our aim is to help learners re-engage with mainstream education and close any attainment gaps.
